Two classics renewed (but not too much), in the perfect Parolin’s style!

Here are the new collections 25 and 26.

We have been waiting since the days of his much loved “Alfabetario”: Renato has somehow “kept us hanging” . We’ve been waiting for the chance of stitching again some lovely letters, embellished with delicate flowers, leaves and berries.

However, that was definitely worth the wait: it’s the brand new collection 25/2020 “Flowery Letters“, a complete alphabet made of elegant capital letters, all surrounded by petals, buds and wild berries, perfect to stitch in a single, large and breathtaking panel, or on a throw to leave  on our sofa in the living room; as well a to stitch individually, in the form of the first letter of the name of someone we love, or like a precious picture, re-echoing the priceless letters opening the paragraphs in ancient books.

All Flowery Letters have a stitch count of 85X75 and call for the traditional DMC stranded cotton.

Renato adds them some more new proposals, in his collection 26/2020: almost a capsule collection, celebrating a protagonist – pansies – winking at the new season coming: Spring.

Nine patterns featuring all the refinement of the old botanics volumes, still hand printed, and the central idea of purple shades, each named with an adjective highlighting a specific feature of this much loved, little flower: “Belle” (Beautiful), “Discréte” (Discreet), “Séduisante” (Alluring), “Douce” (Sweet), “Élégante” (Elegant), “Gracieuse” (Gracious), “Silencieuse” (SIlent), “Simple” (Simple) and “Timide” (Shy). They’re all in French probably because it is just according to some French legends, that within the petals of pansies we can catch sight of the face of the one we love.

A pansy for everyone!
Enjoy your stitching.
